Children are welcome and there is private child minding and babysitting available. There is also a children's playground. Disabled access is available. There are three lifts with wide door access. One unit fitted with grab rails in bathroom, shower and toilet.
One secure under cover parking space is allocated to each unit, or a lockable two car garage with each Premier Apartment.
Located one hour's drive north of Brisbane taking the Maroochydore exit (70) off the Bruce Highway. Take the Maroochydore/Buderim exit off the Sunshine Coast Motorway (70), turn right at the top of exit into Buderim Avenue. Turn left into Alexandra Parade. Alex Surf Club is the only building on your right (approximately 500 metres), take the very next left into Mari Street. Mari Street is opposite the Alex Surf Club. For those coming from the North refer to UBD (2003 edition) reference, map 70 B19.
